Almost Heaven Bark & Board provides a secure, home style atmosphere for your dog while you’re away. We are a home-based facility that offers a socially interactive boarding experience with minimal kennel time. We have a fully fenced in facility and secure grounds, along with 24/7 oversight. Our facility boasts educational engagement and exploration to bring out your pup's natural curiosities and interests during their stay at Almost Heaven Bark & Board. All dogs' behaviors and special needs are assessed at a personal, no-cost meet and greet that is conducted on-site by scheduling a time a day that works for you and your companion.
Long Term Boarding

Competitive Pricing
Almost Heaven Bark & Board offers competitive pricing for only $30.00 per night per dog. If you book three or more dogs we offer 20% off.
Accommodations
We offer climate controlled cool and cozy, private, spacious kennel suites
ranging from 3x4 feet for our small dogs and 4x5 feet for our large or multiple dog families.
Meet the Owner
Owner and operator Andrew Fitzgerald has lived his entire life in Greenbrier County, where he's called the new location of Almost Heaven Bark & Board his home for four decades. Over those years, he has had a wealth of experience raising, training, and dog sitting all breeds, sizes, and personalities. He has dedicated his life to rescuing dogs that otherwise would not have found a home. After working in several industries, he has found his calling, as working with man's best friend is the most rewarding job there is.
