Your dog(s) must have up-to-date veterinary records showing recent vaccinations including Bordetella, Rabies, DAPP/DHPP. Proof of vaccination is required prior to your companion joining our pack. We also ask that you provide your dog with up-to-date flea and tick medication, along with deworming medication.
We ask that you bring enough food to last the during of your dog's stay at Almost Heaven Bark & Board. You should also bring a leash, collar, and any medications (including instructions).
Not to worry! All dogs are assessed during the pre-scheduled meet-and-greet to determine what interaction level with the pack is best for them. Smaller dogs that prefer a more comfortable, quiet environment can stay in the newly renovated dog home located within the fencing but separate from the larger, more rambunctious dogs.
Unfortunately, we do not accept dogs that show aggression towards people. We do this to protect the safety of our staff and the dog.
No problem! Simply call Almost Heaven Bark & Board's Owner Andrew Fitzgerald at least 24 hours in advance to ensure accommodations for those days are available.
If your dog is still being picked up within the hours of operation, simply contact the owner to notify him of this change. Dogs that are picked up after 6:00 PM will be charged for an additional day unless otherwise arranged with the owner.
